Cranberry Estates is a planned community of homes in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Cranberry Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation that maintains common areas while regulating and
administering the policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community.
The community consists of 620 homes of which 111 are townhomes that have a separate homeowners' association in addition to the Cranberry
Estates HOA. The neighborhood has over eighty acres of community property, some of which is maintained by the HOA and some that remains
natural. |
