What's Happening  June 17, 2009  School's Out  October 1, 2009  Cranberry Estates  Annual Meeting		Welcome to the Cranberry Estates Website!!! Cranberry Estates is a planned community of homes in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Cranberry Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation that maintains common areas while regulating and administering the policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community. The community consists of 620 homes of which 111 are townhomes that have a separate homeowners' association in addition to the Cranberry Estates HOA. The neighborhood has over eighty acres of community property, some of which is maintained by the HOA and some that remains natural. Michael resigned in March of 2009, and his passion and leadership will be missed by all of us. We wish Michael the very best in all his future endeavors.
