Cranberry Estates is a planned community of homes in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Cranberry Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation that maintains common areas while regulating and administering the policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community. The community consists of 620 homes of which 111 are townhomes that have a separate homeowners' association in addition to the Cranberry Estates HOA. The neighborhood has over eighty acres of community property, some of which is maintained by the HOA and some that remains natural. |  |

Our neighborhood experienced a tragic home fire recently, and sadly, the Rudolph family on Queen Road suffered a major property loss, including most of their personal belongings. Our hearts go out to them in this time of need. To try to help them through the recovery process, Cranberry Estates is having a Gift Card Drive. If anyone would like to make a gift card donation to the family, you may drop it off at the Sidoriak household, 731 Queen Road, between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:30pm daily. Gift cards of any value from any store (grocery, department, home goods, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. The Sidoriaks will gather and delivery the cards weekly. | |
