What's Happening PV School District Community Events		Welcome to the Cranberry Estates Website!!! Cranberry Estates is a planned community of homes in Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Cranberry Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation that maintains common areas while regulating and administering the policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community. The community consists of 620 homes of which 111 are townhomes that have a separate homeowners' association in addition to the Cranberry Estates HOA. The neighborhood has over eighty acres of community property, some of which is maintained by the HOA and some that remains natural. Announcement The annual assessment notice and Cranberry Estates Newsletter has been recently mailed to all Homeowners from Continental Property Management Company. Reminder: Owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste. It has been noted in our community that many owners are not curbing your dog and leaving pet waste on Community Property. Homeowners are suggested to remind their neighbors of removing pet waste and if you have identified a violator on Community Property, please contact the Property Management Company. Other violations on personal property should be reported to the police.
