Association Member?
It has come to the Board's attention that some homeowners do not believe that they are part of the Cranberry Estates Community Association due to the proximity of their units to the actual community signs. Please be advised that if you receive Cranberry Estates HOA notices in your mail, you are part of the Association.

Calling for Volunteers
At this time the community is calling for volunteers for several committees. As a homeowner in an Association you have the ability to assist the Board of Directors and your neighbors by volunteering your valuable time on a committee. Normally committees meet monthly, but in some cases they might meet only seasonally.

Social or Welcome Committee — We all remember the old "Welcome Wagon" - the first friendly face you see when you move into a new area or neighborhood. This committee could also assist in holding community days, Easter Egg Hunts, Trick or Treating, Seasonal Decorating Contest, etc. We are now looking for a new Coordinator for this committee!

Website Development and Newsletter Committee — This committee would be responsible to collect and write articles keeping the Association informed of what's happening in your community, the area etc., as well as helping to maintain the communities website. The newsletter would be a quarterly or semi-annual one, depending on the needs and interest of the community. This committee would be a vital link for the Board in communicating to the entire Association at one time.
