The Cranberry Estates Homeowners Association consists of 5 directors elected by Association member homeowners. There are 4 officer positions on the Board - President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held by the same person. The 5th director is a Member-at-Large.
