Finding the Association form you need couldn't be easier. The Request for Architectural Change, Volunteers for Association Committees, and Candidate Fact Sheet (during elections) forms are available in several formats online. Request for Architectural Change The goal is simple - maintain the value of our property and peaceful quiet enjoyment of our homes. Each Cranberry Estates property owner has agreed to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of Cranberry Estates at the time of purchase. Article XI Use and Additional Restrictions, Section 11A, subsection (xx) states: No Owner shall alter in any way any of the Community Facilities. No Owner shall change the exterior appearance of his Dewlling or Unit (including, but not limited to , the exterior surfaces of fences, doors, and garage doors) or any other protion of the Property without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors and compliance with all applicable provisions hereof and rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors. Notwithstanding the above, the Owner of a Single Family Detached Dwelling may, without the approval of the Board of Directors, alter the structure of his Unit, including, but not limited to , the addition of garages, family rooms, and decks subject only to the Deed Restrictions on the Lot, compliance with the Harmony Package, and applicable Building Code Restrictions. To request approval from the Board of Directors both the Request for Architectural Change and Architectural Change Indemnity Agreement forms must be submitted along with any other necessary drawings or documents.
