CRANBERRY HOA BOARD MEETING MINUTES
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, 2005 – 6:30PM
- Board approved meeting minutes from June 14th, 2005 meeting.
- Financials
- The board reviewed the account balances. Charles will present the Treasurer's report at the October 3rd annual meeting.
- The board also reviewed the check register and cash requirements.
- Delinquencies and Legal
- The board reviewed the delinquency report. A motion was make to have Hal send "demand" letters to the six homeowners listed on page 10 of the agenda packet. The board voted 4-0 agreeing with this motion.
- A motion was also made to sign an annual retainer for Hal Barrow on the Premium Plan at $295 per month. The board voted 4-0 to proceed.
- The Village - The board will direct Hal to interplead the suit including the builder.
- Inspections/Violations
- We reviewed the violation report and discussed violations such as holiday light removal, missing siding and chipped painting.
- The board agrees that homeowners are bound by our documents to keep their house in good repair. We believe that we need to establish rules for maintenance. We will discuss this issue further at the November board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm.
