2006 Budget
The Board of Directors is happy to announce that the budget for
2006 has been finalized and it does not call for an increase. The
Annual Assessment will remain at $77.00 per home. Assessments
will be due on April 1, 2006, and you should expect to see your
invoice in mid-February 2006.
Snow Removal
Please remember that the individual homeowner is responsible
for shoveling the sidewalk in front of, in back of and next to
their homes. Due to safety issues, if a sidewalk goes un-shoveled
for more that 24 hours after a snowfall, the Association will have
its snow removal contractor clear the area. If this becomes
necessary, the homeowners who do not shovel will receive an
invoice for this service. Please be considerate of your neighbors,
especially those children who need to use our sidewalks to walk
to school, and shovel your sidewalks promptly after it snows.
Mini-Bikes, Snowmobiles and Motorcycles
The Association has received complaints regarding the use of the
above-mentioned vehicles on both Common Areas, and even in
people’s yards. Please note that per the Declaration, Article XI,
Section 11.A. (xvi), motor vehicles, including, but not limited to,
mini-bikes, snowmobiles and motorcycles, may be not be driven
on any part of the property, except for streets and driveways.
This includes allowing the use of these vehicles in your own
yard. Use of these vehicles in the streets must comply with the
Townships regulations.
Holiday Decorating Contest
With the holiday season upon us, we all look forward to seeing the
beautiful decorations that so many of you choose to display. Once
again, we will be holding a Holiday Decoration Contest this year.
DECORATIONS WILL BE JUDGED AFTER 6PM
FROM DECEMBER 11TH – 16TH. GOOD LUCK!

Halloween Parade
We would like to congratulate the winners from the Cranberry
Estates 2005 Annual Halloween Parade. Once again we had a
wonderful day. Many thanks go out to the Perkiomen Township
Fire Company for leading our parade. Please remember them
with a donation during their annual campaign.
Congratulations, also, to the Liddle Family of Northridge Road
for winning the Halloween Decorating Contest competition.
Thank you for making our neighborhood look festive.

Meeting Schedule

October 2, 2006. In addition, the Board Meetings for 2006 are
scheduled for February 7, May 9, September 12 and November

Board in person, and can not wait until the Annual Meeting, will
be able to attend a portion of one of these scheduled meetings.
Due to time and space limitations, owners who would like to
attend a meeting must call, fax, mail or e-mail their request to
the Management Office at least 10 days prior to the meeting, in
order to be added to the agenda.

If you are contacting the Board via the Association's web site,
please keep in mind that the e-mail response you receive will be
