Re: Sidewalk Snow Removal Policy
While the Community has been reminded of their responsibility to clean their sidewalks after inclement
weather, unfortunately, a substantial number of Community members have continued to deiregard thier
responsibility based on the numerous calls and messages received after the snowfalls in December.
Because of our responsibility for the safty of the Community and the lack of any Ordinance in the
Township, the Board has adopted the attached 'Sidewalk Snow Removal' Policy.

Effective immediately, this policy will be strictly enforced, via weekly inspections and reported complaints from
residents, either by phone, fax or, preferably, via e-mail.
No further written notice will be given prior to fines and charge-backs to residents who do not comply.
If your home is tenant occupied, please make sure that your tenant is made aware of this policy. In the
case of a tenant violation, the owner will be charged, and it is up to the owner to try to charge back the
tenant.
